Which situation best describes your company?

As we process your previous answers, please read the question below carefully and answer truthfully:

21. In relation to the answers to the previous questions which of the following situations best describes your company?

The company is in the start-up phase, the functional roles are not yet well defined, the founder is the engine of the company and manage most of the company functions. His technical expertise is crucial to enable the company to compete in the market.
The company has proven that it can compete in the market. The founder is the engine of the company but they make use of staff to whom they delegate the functions that require new expertise not related to the core business (eg Administration, Personnel, Marketing etc.).
The company has grown over the years. We have hired technically qualified staff, able to conduct the work independently and responsibly. We have rewarded the most deserving staff with training programs, giving them greater responsibilities and a higher salary linked to the new role. The founder maintain control of the main company functions. Financial management is of significant importance and is managed directly by the founder.
The company continues to grow, there is a need for more careful personnel management, people capable of being responsible and autonomous in the management of their functions would be needed. The founder assumes an increasingly strong managerial role and operates less and less in the production / technical field. Some management requires new skills. The growth of internal staff is taken care of from a production / technical point of view, but needs more managers. The planning and control and personnel management activities require greater expertise for the well-being of the company and its collaborators.
